Below you can see some examples of the possibilities our POS system has to offer for your restaurant and get a first impression of how simple and clear the system works.
Orders received
Receive orders on your Sitedish POS POS POS software. In the receipt screen you will see a summary of the order and you can confirm or adjust the expected delivery time. After confirming, the orderer is notified and a receipt is printed. That way you can get started right away!
Enter order
Here you can enter an order from customers ordering by phone for delivery and pickup. Here, too, there are plenty of opportunities. You can easily find an existing customer by searching by name, address or phone number. Or create a new one by entering a zip code and house number, the software will fill in the rest!
Order summary
In this overview you can see all pending orders sorted by status: New – Kitchen – In transit. The icons indicate where an order comes from, such as own Website, Entered, Thuisbezorgd, UberEats, Deliveroo: but also what the payment method is. This makes it easy to keep an overview.
Table function
Do you also serve your dishes at the table? Easily save these orders in the table view. Unlike a delivery or takeout order, it is common for your guests to order in multiple rounds. There is a special button for this so you can have a receipt printed for the kitchen for each round.
Archive
In the archive you will find all orders received in the program. There is a search function where you can search by dish, address and name. In addition, there is a filter option that allows you to select by source and payment method. From this archive you can easily print out a complete turnover summary. A complete list of VAT is available on your my.sitedish.co.uk page.
Map Overview
Delivery orders received are displayed on a map. This way you can easily see how your orders are distributed and distribute your delivery drivers as efficiently as possible. This, combined with the DeliveryApp, is the perfect tool to streamline busy evenings.
