Yes, through a POS link, orders from these platforms come in on your POS. This prevents you from having to work with multiple devices or screens in the kitchen.
No, this is unfortunately not possible. At Sitedish we always work with our own ordering site. The link to these platforms is part of the overall package and cannot be used separately.

Yes, the Sitedish POS can drive multiple printers for customer receipts, kitchen receipts and split kitchen receipts.
On average, the application process takes 3 business days, depending on how quickly all information is delivered to us.
Yes, in our My Sitedish backend you click on ‘Sitedish POS’. Then you will see ‘Kitchen coupon translation’. There you can enter the translation of your menu for the kitchen receipt, in the language you want to use.
No, this is only possible with the Sitedish Pin.
No, this is only possible with the order kiosks/kiosks offered by Sitedish.
We do not oblige you to purchase hardware from us. The Sitedish POS can be downloaded on different devices. Please contact us if you want to know more about the possibilities.
No, this is unfortunately not possible. At Sitedish the use of the ordering site is always part of the package.
No, our demo and installation are free and without obligation.
Once you become a customer, you will receive 5,000 free flyers from us. To receive them, send an e-mail to info@sitedish.nl. You can request a design or submit an existing design to us. You let us know the following:
- Your logo
- The action code you want to use
- A QR code to your ordering site
The house colors you want to use
Invoices can be found in our My Sitedish backend. Go to ‘Info’ and then click on ‘Invoices’. Here you can view and download all invoices.
The Sitedish application is available for Windows, iOS and Android. MacOS and Chromebooks are not supported.
Our support team is available by phone Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Evenings and weekends you can reach us via our emergency chat from 11:00 to 21:00. Click here to open the emergency chat.
Every Tuesday we pay out all Sitedish customers.
We register your domain name free of charge. If you already own a domain name, you can also use it for your order site.
Delivery App
When using our POS system and websit, the delivery app is free to use. When you assign a delivery person to an order at checkout, they will receive a push message in the app. The driver thus has a list of all current deliveries. When a delivery is opened, the driver person sees the most important information, such as:
1: Delivery address, and distance to it
2: Customer info: address, telephone number and whether it be an existing customer or not
3: Payment info: total amount, payment method
Sitedish Delivery App
The delivery app is available for download on the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play Store (Android). The delivery app is included in the Sitedish package.
