Yes. Through a POS integration, orders from Thuisbezorgd and Uber Eats are received directly in de Sitedish POS. This allows you to view these orders alongside all your other orders in one clear overview, so you no longer need to work with multiple devices or screens.

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. At Sitedish, we always work with your own ordering website. The integration with these ordering platforms is part of our all-in-one package and therefore cannot be used as a standalone integration.

Yes, the Sitedish POS can drive multiple printers for customer receipts, kitchen receipts and split kitchen receipts.

How long does the application process take?

On average, the sign-up prcoess at Sitedish takes around three business days. The exact duration depends, among other things, on how quickly you provide us with the required information. If you provide this information later, the sign-up process may take a little longer.

Is it possible to translate the language on a kitchen receipt?

Yes, in our My Sitedish backend you click on 'Sitedish POS'. Then you will see 'Kitchen coupon translation'. There you can enter the translation of your menu for the kitchen receipt, in the language you want to use.

No, this is only possible with the Sitedish Pin.

No, this is unfortunately not possible. At Sitedish the use of the ordering site is always part of the package.
