How can I request my free 5.000 flyers?
Once you become a customer, you will receive 5,000 free flyers from us. To receive them, send an e-mail to info@sitedish.nl. You can request a design or submit an existing design to us. You let us know the following: Your logo The action code you want to use A QR code to your ordering site The house colors you want to use
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices can be found in our My Sitedish backend. Go to 'Info' and then click on 'Invoices'. Here you can view and download all invoices.
Which operating systems are compatible with Sitedish?
The Sitedish application is available for Windows, iOS and Android. MacOS and Chromebooks are not supported.
What are the opening hours of your support team?

When will I receive my payments?

Do I have to purchase my own domain name when I become a Sitedish customer?
We register your domain name free of charge. If you already own a domain name, you can also use it for your order site.
Can I work with my own delivery people?
Delivery AppWhen using our POS system and websit, the delivery app is free to use. When you assign a delivery person to an order at checkout, they will receive a push message in the app. The driver thus has a list of all current deliveries. When a delivery is opened, the driver person sees the most important information, such as:1: Delivery address, and distance to it2: Customer info: address, telephone number and whether it be an existing customer or not3: Payment info: total amount, payment method
Are all Sitedish apps free?
Sitedish Delivery AppThe delivery app is available for download on the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play Store (Android). The delivery app is included in the Sitedish package.
