What is the notice period at Sitedish?
At Sitedish, we have a one-month notice period. Please keep this in mind if you want to cancel your subscription with Sitedish.
How long does the application process take?
On average, the sign-up prcoess at Sitedish takes around three business days. The exact duration depends, among other things, on how quickly you provide us with the required information. If you provide this information later, the sign-up process may take a little longer.
I only want to use your POS system and not the ordering site. Is this possible?
No, this is unfortunately not possible. At Sitedish the use of the ordering site is always part of the package.
Do I have to pay extra for a demo or do you charge an installation fee?
No, our demo and installation are free and without obligation.
How can I request my free 5.000 flyers?
Once you become a customer, you will receive 5,000 free flyers from us. To receive them, send an e-mail to info@sitedish.nl. You can request a design or submit an existing design to us. You let us know the following: Your logo The action code you want to use A QR code to your ordering site The house colors you want to use
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices can be found in our My Sitedish backend. Go to 'Info' and then click on 'Invoices'. Here you can view and download all invoices.
What are the opening hours of your support team?
Our support team is available by phone from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 21.00 pm. At weekends, you can reach us by phone from 11.00 am to 21.00 pm.
Do I have to purchase my own domain name when I become a Sitedish customer?
We register your domain name free of charge. If you already own a domain name, you can also use it for your order site.
